Increasing and Decreasing Functions

In this stream we practiced using the derivative to explore the behavior of functions and find local extrema. In doing so we looked at finding critical numbers, determined when the derivative f'(x) was positive and negative, and determined when the function f(x) was increasing and decreasing.
